Estadio Fernando Torres will host Sunday’s football game between Fuenlabrada and Girona, the two top-table sides. Fuenlabrada head into the match following a 2-2 draw with Real Oviedo where Garces scored a late equalizer. Fuenla are undefeated in the previous five league fixtures, but keep in mind that defender Pathe Ciss misses the game through suspension. The Catalan outfit, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-1 win over Castellon.
Girona are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but given their anything but good away record in the Spanish second tier, we are tempted to put our money on draw. Panama international Yoel Barcenas, who found the net in the win over Castellon, is likely to keep his place in the starting XI. Anyhow, a close encounter is on the cards at Estadio Fernando Torres as the two teams seem to be evenly matched.

Born in Madrid on February 4, 1996, Adrian Dieguez is a Spanish defender who play for Fuenlabrada in Segunda Division. Dieguez played for the likes of Getafe and Carabanchel during his youth career, while starting his senior career at Alcorcon B.
After making five appearances for the Alcorcon senior team, the Spanish footballer moved to Alaves. Adrian Dieguez played for Huesca on loan as well before signing a four-year contract with Fuenlabrada. During his spell with Alcorcon Dieguez played for Fuenla on loan, meaning that he returned to the club three years later. His main position is centre-back, but he is used as a left-back as well.
The towering defender has a contract with Fuenlabrada until September 15, 2020, and his preferred foot is left. Adrian Dieguez made his Fuenlabrada debut in a 3-3 draw with Las Palmas on September 20, 2020, and he scored his first goal for Fuenla in a 1-0 victory over Girona on October 4, 2020.

The Catalan outfit finished the campaign in second place in the standings, 14 points behind Levante and only two clear of third-placed Getafe. Speaking of the club history, Girona were founded in the café Norat in La Rambla of Girona on July 23, 1930 and they played their first official game against Colonia Artigas. A number of Spanish coaches were in charge of the team in the past, but it has to be noted that Uruguayan tactician Dagoberto Moll (1965/1966) and Karoly Plattko (1948/1949) of Hungary were in charge of the club as well.
The Catalan team wear white shirts with red stripes when playing at home, while the colour of their shorts is blue. The team’s away kits are blue and black and Sporting Gijon are considered one of Girona’s fiercest rivals.
