Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Verona will be looking to make amends for a 2-0 loss to Udinese when they welcome Parma at their Stadio Marc’ Antonio Bentegodi on Matchday 22. The Mussi Volanti failed to impress in the away defeat to the Zebrette, but they are eyeing their third consecutive win at home ground. Both Faraoni and Zaccagni are banned for the hosts, while Miguel Veloso, Favilli, Ceccherini, and Benassi remain in the recovery room.
Parma, on the other hand, suffered yet another dip in form, with the team losing each of their previous three league fixtures. The Gli Emiliani have been struggling in front of goal of late, and seeing that Verona are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we do not believe that Gervinho and Co. are going to grab something from the match. All Laurini, Karamoh, Nicolussi Caviglia, Valenti, and Iacoponi are all out of contention with injuries.

Kevin Ruegg made 31 appearances for FC Zurich in the Swiss top flight, providing three assists for his teammates in the process. His main position is full-back, but he is used as defensive midfielder and central midfielder as well.
The 173-cm tall footballer wears No. 22 jersey at FC Zurich and his preferred foot is right. Kevin Ruegg has four caps for the Switzerland U19 team and he made his debut for the Switzerland U21 team on September 5, 2017 in a 1-1 draw with Romania in the Euro U21 qualifiers.
Highlighted Team (Parma):
Founded in 1913, Parma is considered one of the most famous Italian clubs. The Gialloblu play home games in white shirts with a dark blue cross and dark blue shorts. Speaking of their away colours, Parma footballers wear yellow-blue kits on the travels. Parma have yet to win the Serie A trophy, but they did well to lift the UEFA Cup trophy on two occasions (1994/1995, 1998/1999).
To make things even better for Parma fans, the Gialloblu won the European Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1992/1993 season, with the team beating Royal Antwerp in the title game 3-1. A number of top-class footballers played for Parma in the past: Hernan Crespo, Roberto Mancini, Juan Veron, Roberto Mancini, Dino Baggio, Fabio Cannavaro and Gianluigi Buffon.
The Gialloblu welcome their rivals at Stadio Ennio Tardini, which was opened in 1923. The venue can hold up to 27,906 spectators. Bologna are considered Parma’s biggest rivals and there have always been fireworks in matches between the two sides.
