Tuesday’s football game between Juventus and Sassuolo will bring down the curtain on the Serie A round 20. The Bianconeri showed character in a 2-1 win over Salernitana, with Serbia forward Dusan Vlahovic scoring the winner in the stoppage time and, no doubt, the title-chasing hosts are high on confidence ahead of the visit of Sassuolo. Samuel Illing Junior is widely expected to replace Filip Kostic in the starting XI following his excellent performance against I Granata, while Weston McKennie serves a one-game ban due to the accumulation of yellow cards. Federico Chiesa faces race against the clock to be fit for Tuesday’s encounter.
The Neroverdi, on the other hand, were more than fortunate to beat Fiorentina at the weekend as the Viola missed a penalty and a couple of clear-cut chances to score. Sassuolo are not regarded as good travellers and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Juve’s party in Turin. All Matias Vina, Uros Racic, and Pedro Mba Obiang should miss out with injuries for the visiting side.

Once one of the most promising young players in Serie A, Domenico Berardi is the Italian footballer that plays for Sassuolo and the Italy national team. Born in Cairati, Calabria, the forward begun his professional career back in 2012, when he helped the Neroverdi win Serie B and play in Serie A next season and was named as the best player of the competition, only 18 years of age.
He made his first appearance for the Italy U19 national team in the same season. His excellent performances draw the attention of Juventus and the Old Lady confirmed in the beginning of the Season 2013/14 that Domenico Berardi joined the club on a co-ownership deal.
The player never played for Juventus because he remained in Sassuolo and he recently signed a new contract with the Neroverdi. The 24-year-old right winger, who can also play as a left winger and a second striker, made his first appearance in the senior national team in June 2018.
