Wednesday’s KNVB Beker game at Rat Verlegh Stadion pits together Breda and Zwolle, the two teams who meet for the first time since May 2019. Back then the two teams played out a goalless draw, and you should know that under 2.5 goals have been netted in each of their last four meetings in all competitions. Breda outplayed Utrecht in the last 32, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Zwolle.
The Blauwvingers, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-0 win over Willem II. Zwolle footballers regained a much-needed confidence at the weekend, but given their anything but good away record in the 2021/2022 Eredivisie campaign, we are tempted to put our money on the Eerste Divisie side. All Huiberts, Kersten, and Lagsir are out of contention with injuries for the visiting side.

Konstantinos Lamprou is a Greek goalkeeper who plays for Eredivisie club RKC Waalwijk. Kostas is a product of the famous Ajax football academy, but he eventually decided to join Feyenoord football school. The 178-cm-tall shot-stopper continued playing for Feyenoord at senior level, making 14 league appearances for De Trots van Zuid.
During his spell with Feyenoord, Kostas Lamprou played for the likes of Excelsior and Willem II on loan as well. In 2017 he returned to Ajax, but made no more than three appearances in the Eredivisie with the Amsterdammers.
In the 2019/20 season he did not see any game action with Vitesse, and, as a result, he decided to join RKC Waalwijk at the end of the campaign. Born in Athens on September 18, 1991, Konstantinos Lamprou has 14 caps for the Greece U21 team. He has yet to make his debut with the senior team. His preferred foot is left and he wears the No. 31 shirt at RKC Waalwijk.

Founded on June 12, 1910, PEC Zwolle is a Dutch football club which competes in the Eredivisie. Zwolle have yet to win the national championship, but they did remarkably well to lift the Dutch Cup trophy in 2014. Ron Jans’s troops impressed in the title game, with the team rolling over Dutch giants Ajax 5-1.
The Blauwingers play their home games at MACPARK Stadion, the venue with the capacity of 14,000 people. The multi-use stadium was opened on August 29, 2009. Zwolle’s home kit is blue and white, while the colour of their away jersey is green and white. In the 2014/15 season the Blauwingers represented the Netherlands in the Europa League, with the team losing to Sparta Prague in the play-off round.
