Friday’s friendly at Stade de la Source pits together Bolivia and Senegal, the two teams who meet for the first time since March 2002. Back then Senegal defeated Bolivia 2-1, and the Lions of Teranga are seen as favourites to win the upcoming warm-up game as well. Both Noah Fadiga and Moussa Niakhate have received their first call-ups, but, as always, a man to keep an eye on in the African team will be Bayern Munich ace Sadio Mane.
La Verde, on the other hand, conceded 14 goals in total in the last four games, which is probably the main reason why we are going to put our money on the nominal visitors. Senegal defenders should have experienced Cerro Porteno attacker Marcelo Martins at bay, while Santiago Arce has been left out of the squad this time out.

Born in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), Luis Haquin is a 190-cm-tall defender who plays for Mexican side Puebla. Haquin started his senior career at Oriente Petrolero and after scoring three goals in 63 appearances in the Bolivian top flight, he moved to Puebla in 2018.
The Bolivia international made his debut for the Mexican team on February 16, 2019 in a 1-1 draw with Pachuca in Liga MX. Speaking of his international debut, Luis Haquin played his first ever match for the Bolivia national team on June 7, 2017 in a friendly against Nicaragua.
La Verde won the match 3-2, with Haquin coming as a substitute for Joan Candia in the dying minutes of the game. It has to be noted that the Puebla man has 4 caps for Bolivia U20 team. His main position is centre-back, but he is used as a defensive midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right.

The Lions of Teranga booked their place at the FIFA World Cup finals in 2002 (for the first time) and they did remarkably well to make it to the quarter-finals of the showpiece tournament in South Korea and Japan.
Senegal defeated Sweden in the last 16, with Henri Camara scoring the winner for the African team in the extra time. The Lions of Teranga have yet to win the African Cup of Nations, but they made it to the final of the tournament in 2002. Senegal faced Cameroon in the title game and they were more than unfortunate to lose the Africa Cup of Nations final on penalties.
Former Liverpool ace El Hadji Diouf is probably the most famous footballer who played for the Senegalese national team. Senegal play their home games at Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor and the capacity of the venue is 60,000.
