Leganes and Tenerife take on each other at Estadio Municipal de Butarque in what is expected to be a close La Liga 2 encounter. The capital club aim to put an end to their five-game winless run and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against los Insulares. Both Daniel Raba and Miguel de la Fuente are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team ahead of Wednesday’s clash.
Tenerife, on the other hand, continue to struggle on the travels. As los Insulares have suffered four defeats in the previous five away matches in Segunda Division, we are tempted to place our bets on Leganes. There are no fresh injury worries in the visiting team, but all Enric Gallego, Jose Leon, and Javi Alonso remain in the recovery room. In their last meeting in Madrid Leganes defeated Tenerife 2-1.
Highlighted Player (Allan Nyom):
After playing amateur football in his homeland France, Allan Nyom began his professional career at Arles-Avignon. The pacey full back made 37 appearances for the club in the 2008/2009 season and at the end of the campaign he signed a deal with Serie A side Udinese. However, given the great collaboration between Udinese and Granada, he was immediately sent on loan to the Estadio Nuevo los Carmenes outfit.
Granada finished the 2009/2010 season in top position in the Segunda Division and, as a result, they secured automatic promotion to the Spanish top flight. Allan Nyom established himself as a first-team regular and it has to be noted that he made 32 appearances for los Granadinos in the 2011/2012 La Liga campaign. After spending five seasons at Granada, Nyom joined Watford in 2015 and he moved to fellow Premier League side WBA at the end of the season.
The WBA defender represents Cameroon on the international stage and he made his debut for Les Lions Indomptables on November 11, 2011.

Tenerife is a Spanish club based in the Canary Islands. Tenerife were founded on November 21, 1912, with the team playing home games at Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez. The stadium was opened on July 25, 1925 and it can hold up to 22,824 spectators.
Los Insulares established them as the elite division club in the 1990s, but in 1999 the team suffer relegation to La Liga 2. Tenerife played in la liga two seasons more (2001/02, 2009/10), but they have been competing in lower leagues ever since. Tenerife participated in the UEFA Cup in the 1993/94 season, with the team eliminating the likes of Auxerre and Olympiakos before losing to Juventus in the last 16.
