Zaragoza will be aiming to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Albacete when they host Ponferradina at their La Romareda on Matchday 23. Los Blanquillos have been struggling on the travels of late, but they are on a three-match winning run at home in the Segunda Division. Since a win over Ponferradina should see Zaragoza escape the relegation zone, we are positive that the hosts will adopt an attack-minded approach in Friday’s clash.
La Ponfe, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-0 win at Malaga. Ponferradina’s main goal is to book a place in the playoffs, but beating Zaragoza on the road is easier said than done. He scored his first goal for the club in a 4-0 win at Real Oviedo on September 8, 2018. Igbekeme’s preferred foot is left, and his contract with los Blanquillos should expire on June 30, 2023. The Zaragoza midfielder born in Lagos on July 4, 1995 has yet to receive a call-up for the Nigeria national football team.
