Gillette Stadium will host Thursday’s MLS game between New England Revolution and Philadelphia Union. The U’s won their home fixture in style, with the team beating the Revs 3-1 at Subaru Park and they now aim to seal their spot in the MLS Cup quarter-finals. Barring any fresh injury worries, Jim Curtin is unlikely to make changes to the team that emerged triumphant in the first leg.
The hosts, on the other hand, have no other option but to fight tooth and nail against Philadelphia. New England are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but given Philadelphia’s display in the Subaru Park clash, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. New England midfielder Carles Gil limped off with injury in the first leg, with Bobby Wood likely to step up, while Dylan Borrero remains in the recovery room.

Andre Blake is a Jamaican goalkeeper who plays for MLS club Philadelphia Union. Blake was born in May Pen, Jamaica, on November 21, 1990, but he went to the UConn college in United States of America. The 193-cm-tall shoot-stopper spent three years playing college football and in 2014 he signed a professional contract with Philadelphia Union.
Andre Blake made his debut for the U in July 2014 in a friendly game against Crystal Palace and he played his first MLS match against Montreal Impact. Speaking of his international career, the goalkeeper made his Jamaica debut on March 2, 2014 in a 2-0 victory over Barbados. Later that year Andre Blake won the Caribbean Cup with the Reggae Boyz as they defeated Trinidad and Tobago on penalties in the title game.
Over the years Blake has established himself as a first-team regular and, no doubt, there is a bright future ahead of him. The Philadelphia Union shoot-stopper wears the number 18 on his shirt.

Unlike famous NFL club New England Patriots, the Revolution have yet to win the domestic trophy. New England participated five times in the MLS Cup final, but they were more than fortunate not to lift the silverware. The Revs played their last final in 2014, with the team losing to LA Galaxy in the title game at StubHub Center. New England Revolution, though, clinched the North American SuperLiga trophy in 2008 and that is considered as the club’s biggest success.
It has to be noted that the Revs defeated Houston Dynamo on penalties in the final of the tournament. New England Revolution were founded in 1994 and Gillette Stadium is the home ground of the club. Legendary defender Alexi Lalas played for the Revolution (1996-1997) and he scored three goals for the Gillette Stadium outfit. Fellow USA ace Clint Dempsey was part of the team as well and you should know that he netted 25 goals in 71 league appearances for the club.
