Portugal will be aiming to put icing on the cake on a very successful qualifying campaign when they welcome Iceland to Estadio Jose Alvalade in their last group game. A Selecao have been producing excellent performances in Group J and a triumph over Iceland will see them keep their 100% record in the process intact. As Roberto Martinez has a full squad to choose from including Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix, Bernardo Silva, and Bruno Fernandes, home win should definitely be considered.
The Icelanders, on the other hand, missed out on a spot at the European Championship finals and given their difficulties on the road, anything but a routine home triumph would be a big shock. Iceland experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-2 loss to Slovakia, which is yet another reason why we are going to bet on CR7 and Co. There are no fresh injury worries in the visiting team.
